Business Acumen

We are looking for success driven individuals with a proven track record in business and management – salon operation experience is not necessary. A successful owner will possess the skills and commitment necessary to efficiently oversee the setup and build-out; as well as implement and administer The Boardroom’s systems. The most successful owners will be those who can balance a mixture of working ON the business and IN their business.

Our franchisees must have the ability to follow and implement our proven system, maintain our high level of professionalism, and commit the time and resources necessary for The Boardroom Salon for Men to succeed.

Financial resources

You should have a net worth of at least $400,000, not including your personal residence. You should have liquid assets of at least $125,000.
